Aim of the course: Value Added Supply Chain are the systems designed for flexibility, complexity and speed in managing networks of suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and warehousing agents. The thematic area is divided into 4 subtopics (1.Lean supply chain, 2. Smart supply network, 3. Responsive manufacturing, 4. Quality assurance management).

Commitment: 1 and a half day to study for mandatory part + 30 minutes to take the quiz (before and after the course)

Information and skills achieved after ending the course: Student will gain a deeper understanding of the thematic Value Added Virtual Supply Chain together with some good practices on the field.
